Step 3 – Focus Coaching Sessions
Choice of Focus Sessions: these sessions are a mix of coaching and leadership development. An opportunity to move from a theoretical concept to a personally powerful action. Everyone’s journey here is unique – you may choose one theme to hold for your entire coaching journey or prefer to move more dramatically with a range of themes. Potential areas of focus include: Diversity & Inclusion, Women in Leadership, Personal Brand, Career Planning, Performance Management, Managing Up, Mindset Management, Building Self-confidence, Getting Unstuck, and Managing Boundaries and Balance.
Design a leadership action plan to prepare for your new responsibilities or tackle that career challenge.

Foundation Overview
Overview of current Leadership journey – what got you here, key challenges.
Phase 1
Debrief Background Briefing and Coaching Journey Plan – where are we going? How will we know when we get there?
Phase 2
Starter pack of 3 coaching sessions over 3 months with the option of additional check-in points to ensure you are on track in navigating your leadership journey.

Through practical and experiential workshops you’ll develop the skills, knowledge and capacity to face whatever complex leadership challenges that lay ahead.
Workshops are tailored to your organization’s or team’s unique needs, and can address any number of core leadership aspects such as leadership mindset, embracing diversity and inclusion, enhancing confidence & capacity, Becoming an A-team, managing conflict, and coaching for leaders.
