Choose Leadership operates on the belief that within all of us is greater potential than we usually allow to shine through.
For many of our clients, a little assistance is all that is required to ensure that the journey of reaching potential is no longer perceived as a difficult chore but a motivating rediscovery. We ALL have the ability to choose leadership.
Wherever you are in your journey, leadership coaching doesn’t just keep you on the “right” path, it is a series of conversations, reflections and analysis to make sure you have looked at the whole map of possibilities with a clear understanding of what you bring, what you want and what that perfect adventure is going to look like for you.
Chooseleadership sees Leadership in the broadest context – leadership is not just for the C suite exec, rather a mindset of choosing to step up and engage with all areas of our potential – as dedicated professionals, as community members, as family members.
Chooseleadership works with an array of clients providing leadership coaching and leadership development. For larger programmes, chooseleadership has a group of trusted consultants to call on for support.

Over the last 15 years I have combined my background in the corporate world with my education as a Leadership Coach, Facilitator and Adult Education specialist to create a confidential space where leaders can compassionately explore themselves, their purpose, and their role in creating a better future. And then we follow it up with a dose of brave and strategic actions.
I have had the privilege of working with WA Aboriginal Leadership Institute as a part of their facilitation team since 2015 and since 2019 as the ICF Pro bono lead on the WAALI Pro bono coaching program. The ICF pro bono team currently stands at around 20 Pro bono coaches who have offered coaching to over 100 WAALI Alumni since 2019 (as highlighted in the 2022 Waali Annual Report).
Very different client backgrounds, an array of organisational environments, and a variety of working relationships yet all with similar twists, turns and challenges in their journeys. The diversity of my clients brings a richness of experience that provides wonderful insight into possibilities – working alongside corporate expertise keeps me up to date with cutting-edge ideas, whilst working in the not-for-profit and pro-bono space brings innovation, deep thought and incredible compassion. It may be surprising how the insights of ALL areas of my work feed valuable ideas and possibilities into the others.
